Maddy Howard

Director of Clinical Development

About Maddy..

A perfect day for Maddy starts with a workout (yoga or weightlifting), followed by brunch and coffee at a local cafe, then some time spent out in the sun and fresh air, doing a leisurely version of any of the following: hiking, biking, paddle boarding, playing pickleball, or snowboarding. She would then head back to her house to cook dinner while blasting music (likely either Taylor Swift, Lana Del Rey, or maybe some reggae), and eat said dinner outside on the patio under some string lights. After dinner, she would definitely binge-watch some reality TV in bed for the perfect end to the perfect day.

Maddy has been working at Aspire for 4 years and has had the pleasure of serving in the roles of Intake Specialist, Executive Assistant, and Clinical Support Manager.

Maddy’s Motivation...

“I find a lot of purpose in my role at Aspire because I know that my role contributes to our clinicians, who are directly serving our community. Beyond that, I feel incredibly blessed to have such amazing coworkers who offer me friendship, guidance, and continual collaboration.

I am a morning person and I love it! There is something about waking up and feeling refreshed, renewed, and empowered to tackle whatever the new day brings. The peacefulness of a quiet morning with the sun coming up and birds chirping outside helps me realize that my "stuff" is never that serious and that life is meant to be enjoyed and savored.”
