  • Getting started can be overwhelming, but we’re here to help.

    You’ll begin with an in-depth intake process with an Intake Specialist where you’ll be individually matched with a clinician who is equipped to help you navigate challenging times. If you’d like to explore clinician bios on your own, visit Our Clinicians page.

    The first appointment consists of gathering your history and understanding your needs. You and your clinician will then develop a plan for subsequent sessions.

  • Give us a call. Our Intake Specialists are trained to guide you through each step. They’ll begin by gathering demographic information and preferred payment method. You’ll be asked about your goals for therapy and you will be matched with a clinician who best able to guide you on your path.

  • Many health insurance plans will pay the majority of costs associated with therapy. We recommend calling your insurance company and asking about your outpatient mental health benefits.

    We recommend that you verify benefits by asking your insurance company if your clinician is an in-network provider. They can also provide details regarding deductibles, copays and coinsurance.

  • Yes, we are able to meet specific population requests. Our clinicians have diverse interests and backgrounds and are passionate about the populations and issues with which they work.

    Ask our Intake Specialists about special requests during the intake process.

  • We have clinicians who speak Spanish, German, and Japanese. Mention your request for sessions in a specific language with our Intake Specialists.

  • Certified service animals are allowed.

    We ask that clients leave all other animals at home to accommodate the comfort and sensitivity of other clients, staff and clinicians.

  • Yes. Our Intake Specialists place clients after thoughtful consideration; however, we recognize that clients may want to make a change for a variety of reasons. We are happy to make an adjustment.

  • ​Generally, clinicians work one-on-one with their minor clients unless treatment involves family therapy. A child, parent, or clinician may express a specific need for a parent to attend therapy.

  • If an emergency arises that prevents you from attending your appointment, we ask that you contact your clinician as soon as possible. If unable to reach them, please contact our staff so they can inform the clinician.

  • A Late Cancellation Fee may apply if an appointment is cancelled less the 24 hours before the scheduled time. A No Show Fee may apply if client does not attend a scheduled appointment and does not give notice to clinician prior to scheduled appointment time. All fees are determined by clinician.

  • Payment should be made directly with your clinician or through your Client Portal.
