About Bailey..

Bailey is married to her best friend, Matthew, and together they have two rambunctious and beautiful boys, Leland and Theodore. They enjoy their home and community in Ogden and being so close to the activities they love. They can often be found enjoying the outdoors by hiking, camping, riding ATVs, and seeing nature's wonders. Bailey is passionate about involvement in the community and can often tell you about the unique activities happening in the surrounding areas. Bailey and Matthew enjoy traveling to new places and finding unsuspecting, delicious food wherever they visit. Bailey discovered the joy and empowerment that come from doing hard things and overcoming obstacles, so she seeks out new and seemingly out-of-reach challenges to take on.

Bailey is a proud, first-generation college graduate and has always had a love for gaining new knowledge. She received a scholarship to attend Weber State University, where she served as an admissions ambassador, participating in student recruitment, campus tours, and various leadership opportunities. She completed her degree in Public Relations and Advertising and minored in Psychology. She has been lucky to work in various industries while storytelling and building brands through media relations, digital marketing, graphic design, internal communications, etc. Bailey's passionate personality has led her to find work in non-profit organizations and companies with a broader purpose. She feels incredibly lucky to be part of the work in the mental health industry.

Bailey’s Motivation...

“I find joy in helping others discover and tell their unique stories. This joy is increased tenfold when that story also shines a light on a global need such as mental health. I feel so lucky to get to help spread Aspire's mission of relieving suffering in the human experience. My connection to mental health has not only enhanced my own life, but it has also allowed me to be a beacon for those in my life who don't know where to turn.

I believe that every person has a purpose to live out, whether to influence those closest to them or to make a global impact. I wake each day desiring to not only continually discover and fulfill my purpose but also to witness others do the same. I truly enjoy connecting with individuals and seeing the world for a moment from their perspective.”
