Bailey Grace Hardy
Clinical Support Coordinator
About Bailey..
Bailey grew up on a dairy farm in Corinne, Utah, and she likes to go by "Bai." She was lucky enough to grow up riding four-wheelers and showing cows in 4H. She is very close with her siblings and never wants to live away from Utah. She is the dog mom of two boys (Odin and Loki), who keep her very busy, and she loves off-roading with her family in her 1997 Jeep Wrangler, which is lovingly named "Vecna".
Bailey has experience as a medical records custodian and receptionist at a doctor's office in Brigham City. Bailey has an associate degree in General Studies and will be graduating in Fall 2024 with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology. She will also be receiving a victim advocate certificate at the time she graduates.
Bailey’s Motivation...
“I find passion in my role here at Aspire by being part of a place that helps people every day. Knowing that I am contributing to the betterment of others means a lot to me, and I genuinely feel like I will be making a difference here.
The thing that keeps me going every day is the thought that soon I will be done with school and will finally do what I have always dreamed of doing. Becoming a victim advocate is that dream, and I can't wait to really make a difference in the lives of those who are less fortunate.”
Bailey is proud of…
Bailey is very proud of receiving certificates over the years for maintaining her 4.0 at Weber State University. She is also proud of how hard she works and her desire to help others. Her main goal in the future is to become a victim advocate to stand up for domestic violence and sexual assault survivors.
